At Aklé, we believe food isn’t just fuel, it’s memory, comfort, and identity.
Why we started
We started with a simple question: Why is it so hard to find real, home-style Lebanese food when you’re away from home or just too busy to cook it?
So we built Aklé to bring back that sense of home. Every recipe we make is rooted in the flavors we grew up with, the kind passed down from moms and grandmas who never measured a thing, but always got it right.
Who we are
Our team isn’t made of just “chefs.” We’re home cooks, flavor keepers, and kitchen rebels who believe your daily meal should taste like someone actually cares. We simmer slowly, season generously, and serve up the dishes you crave; from mloukhiye and mujaddara to kaak and kafta, delivered fresh to your doorstep across Dubai, every morning.
